Buy one shake or food item, get one point. Buy two shakes or food items, get two Lab points. It's as easy as that! Lab points only apply for full price shakes and food items (so not when any offer or discount is used) and not where Lab loyalty membership is excluded..
Got 6 or more Lab points? Then do a happy dance because you have a free Shake or food item waiting! You only need 6 Lab points to get your freebie! Free milkshake, waffle stick, crepe or ice cream is for regular size only and includes any extras… winner!.
You can collect as many Lab points as you want to and your Lab points have a 3 year expiry life from your last purchase or redemption, so collect away and eventually you could have enough to fill your bath with your fave shake!
If your Lab points haven’t refreshed automatically it could take up to 24 hours for your Lab points to appear on your account! (Although we doubt this will ever happen!) Still not showing? Don’t throw your phone at that random stranger, just send an email our way to hello@theshakelab.co.uk and we will fix it for you!
Lab Cash allows you to pre-load cash onto your Lab account. Just chose how much you want to pop into your account, visit a store to load your account and BAM! Weekly Shake budget locked down!
Of course your Lab points can be redeemed for any of the following, milkshake, waffle stick, crepe or ice cream.
Terms & Conditions
1 By registering and/or using your Lab account, you consent to the terms of this agreement.
2 If you are under the age of 13, a parent of guardian must agree these terms with you.
3 Lab points will be awarded to customers for full price shakes products only, unless expressly specified. Lab points will not be awarded in association with any other offer or discount. Lab Point balances are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
4 While every effort will be made in store to ensure Lab points are correctly awarded, The Shake Lab takes no responsibility for technical errors associated with crediting Lab points onto the Lab account.
5 The Shake Lab Lab account should be treated like cash. Unless otherwise required by law or permitted by this agreement, any points or cash balance on your Lab account is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. No interest or any other earnings on funds deposited to a Lab account will accrue, be paid or be credited to you by The Shake Lab.
6 We reserve the right not to accept a Lab account should we believe that the use is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
7 Loyalty Members are entitled to a free Birthday Shake on the day of their birthday, 3 days prior or 3 days after upon presentation of their Lab account QR Code and photo ID confirming their birth date registered on the card matches the date of visit to the store. This free Birthday Shake cannot be redeemed on any other day regardless of external circumstances including but not limited to public holidays, store closures etc. This free Birthday Shake is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Shake Lab do not take responsibility for incorrectly entered birth dates during the registration process.
